Bread Baker Specialist

Bountiful Bread is an old-world, artisan bakery first opened in Albany’s Stuyvesant Plaza in 1996. We bake a variety of breads every day which we distribute wholesale and retail. We also create sandwiches, soups, salads, and bowls, as well as cookies, cakes, and muffins. Bread Baker Specialist Responsibilities:

• Produce freshly-baked bread according to SPEC and procedures
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of bakery 
• Follow company policies and food safety protocols
• Maintain all bread production equipment and small wares
• Be responsible for cleaning of bakery, including dish washing
• Maintain daily and weekly detailed cleaning tasks
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. or more
• Be a team player, willing to help other associates when necessary
• Come to work with a positive attitude
• Be customer-focused, with a willingness to provide good customer service
