Food Prep Specialist

Bountiful Bread is an old-world, artisan bakery first opened in Albany’s Stuyvesant
Plaza in 1996. We bake a variety of breads every day which we distribute wholesale
and retail. We also create sandwiches, soups, salads, and bowls, as well as cookies,
cakes, and muffins. Part of the White Management Corporation family of restaurants,

Food Prep Specialist Responsibilities:

• Perform daily food prep production according to SPEC and Procedures
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of Back of House
• Follow company policies and food-safety protocols
• Maintain prep production equipment and small wares
• Perform daily and weekly cleaning tasks, including dish washing 
• Assist service-line production during service 
• Maintain organization of walk-in cooler and freezer
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. or more
• Be a team player, willing to help out associates when necessary
• Come to work with a positive attitude
• Be customer-focused, with a willingness to provide good customer service
