Tim Dailey has been named Vice President of Development for White Management. Dailey joined the company in 2019 as VP of Operations for the quick-service brands. He came to the company after several decades of experience working with brands including Popeye’s, Burger King, McDonald’s, and Pizza Hut. In his new role, Dailey will oversee the remodeling and expansion of several Dunkin stores in the region, as well as the expansion of the Kentucky Fried Chicken franchise.
Tawnya Hanson has been named Vice President of Operations for the quick-service brands, overseeing eighteen Dunkin Donuts, four Kentucky Fried Chicken, and two Taco Bell operations in Saratoga, Warren, Clinton, St. Lawrence, and Franklin counties of New York. Hanson began working for White Management in high school. She rose through the ranks, beginning as a Dunkin Donuts team member, moving on to store manager, and on to overseeing production and new store openings before assuming her most recent role as Director of Operations. Hanson is a native of Plattsburgh, where she still lives, and is the mother of five children.
Tera Fountain, who has served as Above Store Leader for the quick-service restaurants, succeeds Hanson as Director of Operations. Fountain joined the company as a teenager, working for the Dunkin Donuts store on Cornelia Street in Plattsburgh. Like Hanson, Fountain moved up the ranks, becoming an assistant manager, then store manager, and in 2008, Above Store Leader, where she oversaw five locations in the Plattsburgh area. She lives in Plattsburgh with her husband and has two grown children.
Josh “Bubba” Kelley has been named Above Store Leader (ASL) for White Management, overseeing the day-to-day management of four Kentucky Fried Chicken and two Taco Bell stores. Kelley has been with the company since 2001, starting as a team member at the KFC/Taco Bell in Malone, becoming General Manager of that store, and running it for the next 13 years. Kelley has experience with Dunkin Donuts as well, serving as General Manager of stores in Akwesasne and Chateauguay, before most recently serving as General Manager of Taco Bell in Plattsburgh. Kelley is a native of Malone, NY, and a graduate of Franklin Academy. He lives in Burke with his wife and three sons.
“I have been very pleased with the performance of this group in the past year, and particularly during the coronavirus pandemic.
