White Management Employees who work an average of 30 hours/week are eligible to enroll in the company medical, dental and vision plans. White Management pays 50% of the cost of medical and dental insurance plans to make these plans affordable for our employees. We offer two medical plans—a PPO plan that we feel offers better coverage, and a high-deductible plan that costs less but also offers less.
Enrollment forms are due this Monday, February 22nd. We have shared out summaries of these plans via Homebase to all employees. Your manager also has copies of these summaries if you cannot access them in Homebase.
